Appraising for Spanish Speaking Clients

November 1, 2008 by techindustry

To expand my appraisal business, I am going to start marketing towards the spanish speaking population, because they need to be serviced also. I don’t know why more people do not do this because it could keep a stead flow of business coming in. I am going to customize my website so I can service them a little bit better.

San Diego Appraiser

October 21, 2008 by techindustry

I  am a San Diego Appraiser and it is a beautiful place and I think I enjoy living here.

I just wish that the Federal government would make comp checks illegal. What are they for anyways? Surely there is not other reason except to abuse them to commit mortgage fraud. Not me, no way! Go take your comp check requests somewhere else you fraudsters. I am 100% commited to not doing anything wrong in my real estate appraisal business.

What I don’t get is why some Appraisers continue to offer the comp check service even though most know it is wrong. And the ones that do offer it, they do not enjoy doing work for free. Wake up people, if everyone stopped doing comps checks, then loan officers would stop asking for them. And yes, it IS as simple as that.

Anyways, I feel much better after a bit of venting. I just get really worked up when everyone is depending on a unbiased Appraiser and it seems like everyone is working against the way it is supposed to be..UNBIASED!

Anyways, if you want an unbiased appraisal from a ETHICAL San Diego Appraiser, give me a call.
